Litigation Associate - Insurance Defense/Commercial Litigation

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing insurance defense and commercial litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of matters while working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance defense and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct written discovery and prepare responses.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts.
• Appear in state and federal court for hearings, status conferences, and motion arguments.
