Litigation Associate (Temp-to-Hire) – Berkeley, CA | Hybrid (3 days onsite)


Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a national plaintiff-side law firm on a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced Litigation Associate to support complex and class action matters.


About the Role

This associate will join a fast-moving trial team handling case investigation, fact development, discovery, depositions, and motion practice. The firm is looking for someone who can step into meaningful responsibility and manage a busy litigation workload.


Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and vet potential cases
  • Review and summarize evidence; develop case strategy and facts
  • Draft and respond to written discovery
