Responsibilities
- Manage litigation files from opening through to completion
- Prepare, revise, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, motion materials, and other court documents
- Coordinate electronic filing of court documents and ensure compliance with applicable deadlines and court rules
- Schedule examinations for discovery, mediations, hearings, and meetings
- Maintain lawyers' calendars and monitor key litigation deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third-party service providers
