We are recruiting a Litigation Assistant to manage Small and Fast track cases. You’ll handle your own caseload, contributing to the team's growth and success.

Team

Working within our Motor team, you will progress claims across multiple litigation stages on behalf of top-tier motor insurance clients. You will utilise our hybrid working model from one of our offices in Birmingham or Manchester.

Client Base

• Insurers
• Claims handlers
• Self‑insured organisations

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of Small & Fast track, Credit Hire matters
• Draft and file court documents
• Lead negotiations to case progression
• Ensure high‑quality client service and compliance with internal and procedural standards

Required experience

• 1+ years’ experience handling litigated Credit Hire claims
