Linux System Administrator

Job description

We are looking for systems administrator with strong experience managing server infrastructures and data-center operations across Unix, Linux and Windows platforms. You should be able to effectively plan, install, configure and optimize IT infrastructures to achieve high availability and performance. Proven ability to create and deliver solutions tied to business growth, organizational development and systems/network optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system status related to memory, storage, and CPU utilization.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of file handling and file system management.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management methodologies.
• Perform basic administration of databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Carry out installation and maintenance of open-source technologies, including web services such as Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, and Nginx.
