Job Description
Job Title: Tier 3 Support Specialist
Work setup Options:
> Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
> On-site in Nueva Ecija
> WFH (Must have their own equipment, reliable internet, and a backup setup)
Work Schedule: Predominantly Night shift, but must be flexible to shifting schedules (24x7)
Required Qualifications:
> Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline (non-degree holders with significant experience will also be considered).
> At least 5 years of experience in Linux system administration and support.
> Preferably with MSP experience
> Preferably available to start immediately
Technical Skills & Expertise:
> Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows Servers.
> Implementation of systems-level security technologies (e.g., SELinux), server hardening, and adherence to security best practices.
