Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform Linux system administration including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Apply security patches and ensure STIG compliance on Linux operating systems.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve Linux and Windows OS issues.
- Perform system updates, upgrades, and server configuration changes.
- Implement approved changes to locally hosted workstations and servers.
- Maintain secure and compliant system environments in accordance with DoD requirements.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering Linux operating systems.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and system support experience.
