Linux L2 Support Engineer

The Linux L2 Support Engineer is responsible for managing, administering, and supporting Linux servers in enterprise environments. The role includes VM provisioning, OS administration, compliance checks, incident/change management, and proactive operational support to ensure system stability, security, and availability

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform Linux OS administration including system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and uptime management.

· Execute image builds and OS versioning for standardized server deployments.

· Handle new VM provisioning, configuration, and validation as per approved build standards.

· Conduct OAT checks to ensure systems meet organizational and regulatory compliance requirements.

· Perform RPA OAT validation for automated workflows and infrastructure processes.
