  • Lead, motivate and mentor the Linux team.
  • Intervene in unresolved issues and provide support to L2 engineers.
  • Provide training and technical support to junior system administrators
  • Process monitoring and improvement
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Follow-up on agreements with internal customers: service requests, incidents, problems, improvement plans and changes.
  • Manage Linux infrastructure in line with agreed service levels (SLAs).
  • Monitor control and user experience.
  • Plan maintenance activities according to predefined deployment requests and exclude non-agreed production impacts.
  • Advise IAAS Service Manager on future infrastructure investments to proactively maintain production.
