Job Description

optiBPO is seeking a proactive offshore team member to support senior business development activity primarily through LinkedIn, email, and CRM administration. You will manage LinkedIn outreach for the CEO and senior team, identify prospects, share case studies, coordinate replies, and maintain CRM records.

The role requires excellent written English, strong judgement, and the ability to represent senior leaders credibly.
