LinkedIn Operations Manager

We operate LinkedIn profile infrastructure used for outbound and lead generation campaigns. We manage multiple vendors, profiles, and internal operators and need a strong LinkedIn Operations Manager to own execution end to end.

This role is about keeping systems running cleanly, safely, and on schedule.

What you will do

• Manage LinkedIn profile vendors and rental partners
• Own daily LinkedIn account operations across multiple profiles
• Ensure account health, warm-up, rotation, and availability
• Enforce LinkedIn safety standards and internal SOPs
• Coordinate with internal outreach and campaign teams
• Track account status, issues, replacements, and escalations
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and process improvements
• Act as the main point of contact for LinkedIn ops internally
