We are hiring a LinkedIn Engagement & Growth Specialist to support the LinkedIn presence of a U.S.-based infrastructure and manufacturing company.

This role focuses on visibility, targeted connections, and audience growth — not content creation.

You will support:

• 1 LinkedIn Business Page
• 3 Executive LinkedIn Profiles

Key Responsibilities:

• Send targeted connection requests daily
• Invite connections to follow the LinkedIn Business Page
• Engage strategically on relevant industry posts
• Comment professionally to increase visibility
• Activate the business page (not only executive accounts)
• Track daily growth metrics and engagement activity
• Follow the strategy set by the LinkedIn Strategist
