Supervise warehouse operations at Lineage as a Warehouse Supervisor. Work nights from 11 PM to 7 AM, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
This position requires effective management of a warehouse team, adherence to operational standards, and training of staff. You'll handle inventory management, plan production schedules, and monitor warehouse reports and activities. Your role helps optimize efficiency and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and the warehouse team
• Maintain service and quality standards
• Train and evaluate direct reports' performance
• Manage shipments and inventory organization
• Track warehouse metrics and report activities
Requirements:
• 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in temperature extremes
• Capable of lifting over 40 lbs
