Your key responsibilities

Job Description

  • Daily Process release, Internal Process rejection (NCC1), FPY monitoring
  • Quality alert preparation, perform containment.
  • LIB record update
  • Quality concerns resolution and monitoring
  • Line quality activities - Jidoka stops reacted-on, recorded and deviations captured in an action plan.
  • Verification of action plan & in case temporary action send communication to concern team.
  • Proper handling of non-confirming (NC) products
  • Proper Data captured in the log for further analysis
  • NC product communication to team (Block stock)
  • Follow-Up for decision on NC parts
  • Review & Monitoring the Gauge calibration, MSA,SPC, Layout plan
  • Conduct the product & LPA audits
