Line Operator

About the job

As a Line Operator you are responsible for maintaining a well-run production process. You'll begin your shift with starting the machines, making the right adjustments and with putting the product components in place. Meanwhile, the production workers are entering the building. You will make sure that every production worker has a task and that they know what to do. When everything and everyone is ready, you will start the production process. During the day you'll keep track of multiple production lines and will make sure that the work is done in a proper and safe way. You will solve (small) technical errors, help the production workers and will suggest improvements. Thanks to you, everything goes to plan!
