Line Manager

Job Description :

• Responsible for production targets of the line: output, yield, efficiency, delivery…
• Manage production resources: labor, materials, machine…
• Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, Safety program on the line
• Supervise the application of required rules and mandatory standards of the department
• Coordinate with production and with other departments of the company
• Supervise the direct reports: Shift Leaders and/or team leaders
• Improve competences of the team
• Comply with all policies, regulations, and requirements of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, employee handbook, code of conducts, work rules, SHE, IT, etc.

• University degree, major in Mechanics, Electronics
• At least 1 year experience in manufacturing environment
• 1-2 years experience in supervisory roles is preferred
