Your roleWe are looking for a Line Leader for the Production team in our factory in Mantova, who will report to the Cell Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily execution of operational tasks within a specific production line during a shift. This role drives performance in safety, quality, and efficiency while ensuring adherence to standards and continuous improvement initiatives. The Line Leader is also tasked with coordinating and coaching shift operators, managing shift handovers, and upholding world-class manufacturing principles.What you will do

Performance Management: Lead daily shift handover meetings to define the action plan for the shift. Focus on top issues impacting shift performance and initiate problem-solving. Monitor and improve line efficiency, reduce scrap, and other key cost indicators.
