Line Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
2. Monitoring of Operators and their activities to measure performance based on standards, behavior and discipline at Production.
3. Monitor the production input and output if meet shipment schedules. Makes the necessary adjustments in Operator's allocation, material availability and machine allocation
4. Ensure that the set target given in the Production Schedule is being met and make immediate action if there is a problem encounter
5. Ensures that maximum productivity from materials and equipment are met; keep to minimum level wastage of materials, man hour and power consumption.
6. Responsible in updating the status of production line, problem encounter etc.
7. Provide initial technical report regarding problem encounter and counter measure.
8. Support in the production line leaders work once encounter problem like absences.
