The Role

We’re looking for a reliable line cook who can execute at a high level during service while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. This role requires someone who can work both independently and as part of a tight team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the kitchen for service
• Execute tickets to spec (portion, presentation, timing)
• Maintain consistency and quality under pressure
• Complete daily prep tasks efficiently and correctly
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe at all times
• Communicate clearly with the team during service
• Step in where needed—no task is below anyone
