Job Description

Job Summary: The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. This role involves working as part of a team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the standards set by the Head Chef and Sous Chef. The Line Cook will be responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including maintaining a clean work area and properly storing all ingredients and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including other Line Cooks, Dishwashers, and Prep Cooks.
