Job Summary:

The Line Cook – Chinese Cuisine is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes in accordance with standardized recipes and quality standards. This role ensures timely and efficient kitchen operations while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and plate Chinese cuisine dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage of ingredients.
  • Ensure all food items meet quality, portion, and safety standards.
  • Assist in daily inventory counts and report shortages to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
