Job Summary:

The Line Cook – Western Cuisine is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Western dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards. This role ensures smooth and efficient kitchen operations while maintaining hygiene, food safety, and consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and plate Western cuisine dishes following recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage of ingredients.
  • Ensure all food items meet quality, portion, and safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory management and report shortages to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
