+ Food Preparation /Menu - Assist in the preparation of food and cooking for the restaurant and Company catering functions. Recommend new recipes and seasonal menu items. Rotate among the grill, sauté, fry, and cold food pantry stations. Prep stations at the start of each rotation and ensure supplies meet anticipated demand.
