Job Description
Leo is a locally owned New American restaurant and bar in the vibrant Arts District of downtown Annapolis. It features local flavors from nearby farms and purveyors to create a modern, seasonal and sustainable menu. We are looking for seasoned, experienced cooks to fill open line cook and prep cook positions. The positions require strong cooking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of cooking experience in high volume scratch kitchens, working in multiple stations, and a strong preference will be given to cooks with experience in elevated cuisine/fine dining.
Candidates must be available nights, weekends and some holidays. Leo is open seven days per week. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Pay starts at $21/hour, but will be commensurate with experience. We also offer parking benefits and health benefits to all staff as well as a 401k program for qualifying employees.
