LIMS Consultant (Post-Sales Implementation) Remote within Canada or Hybrid from Victoria, BC

Overview

As a LIMS Consultant on our Professional Services team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers post-sale, with a focus on implementing our next-generation LIMS platform, Labbit. Drawing on your expertise in laboratory science and informatics, you’ll serve as a dedicated consultant, working directly with customers to understand their needs, configure solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our product.

This role spans consultation, requirements gathering, documentation, LIMS configuration, validation testing, support ticket resolution, and light project management. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with our implementation and customer success teams to deliver high‑quality solutions tailored to each customer’s unique workflows.
