About the Role:

Based at our 68-bed facility in Byford, this is your chance to create meaningful, joyful experiences for our residents! You’ll get to know each person’s life story, interests, and goals, and design engaging individual and group activities that meet their psychosocial, cognitive, spiritual, and occupational needs.

You’ll plan and coordinate fun events—both inside and outside the community—ensuring everyone feels included and connected.
