mecwacare is seeking a passionate and creative Lifestyle Coordinator to join our 144-room residential aged care home- Susan Barton House located in Bacchus Marsh As our Lifestyle Coordinator, you’ll design and deliver engaging, inclusive programs-from art and music to local outings, helping clients stay active, connected, and inspired. Your creativity and compassion will help shape days filled with meaning and joy.

What you bring:
  • Demonstrated ability to assess individual client needs and develop tailored lifestyle programs that support social and emotional wellbeing
  • Genuine interest in supporting older people, with a kind understanding of the ageing journey
  • You will currently hold a Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or a Cert IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure)/ Diversional Therapy, or an equivalent Certificate IV qualification, OR have a genuine willingness to work toward obtaining Cert IV qu...
