**Job Description Summary**
This is a key role in our efforts to increase customer satisfaction through out clinical application support for our MR customers and field engineers, by leveraging online tools and onsite support. He/she will develop and utilize processes to increase remote on-line & onsite productivity, application assistance for the customers, collaborate with MR Remote Service Leader to prepare technical troubleshooting packages for engineers that are dispatched on-site to enable quicker fix times.
