About the Role

Life Claims
  • Assess CI claims , ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams, medical providers, claimants, and agents to obtain and verify required information. 

  • Investigate complex cases and make settlement decisions or escalate to supervisors or medical consultants as appropriate. 

  • Monitor and control turnaround time to ensure timely processing and compliance.

  • Maintain service quality and support team efficiency, reporting directly to the CI Team Leader. 

  • Communicate with claimants and agents regarding required documents and claim status updates.

  • Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
