Job Description

Our client is an international insurance group in Hong Kong seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager to support business growth in the brokerage channel. Candidates from bank or broker platforms with relevant channel development experience are welcome; less experienced applicants will be considered for Assistant Manager or other suitable openings.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate business with domestic brokers and IFAs to drive sales revenue and achieve business targets.
  • Actively visit broker partners to promote life and savings insurance solutions.
  • Organize roadshows, deliver product and sales training, and share market updates with distribution partners.
  • Assist in policy submission, follow-up, and coordination of the underwriting process.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 (or equivalent relevant qualifications).
