Knowledge of at least one of the following processes:

Hardware installations Sheetmetal forming Special process like paint, heat treat or chemical conversion CNC

Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose

Supervises resources and develops programs based on production capacity and material availability. Monitors results of process and makes necessary adjustments to meet customer’s requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions Responsible for setting a daily production plan to achieve goals of safety, quality, and production, and supervising employee work to ensure performance, productivity, and skill. Identify area needs. Lead improvement projects. Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.
