Job Description

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced line leader to drive manufacturing performance on a core snack production line. You will implement AM/PM maintenance strategies, promote Six Sigma practices, and lead a team to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

You will also manage budgets, governance, and workforce planning, including recruitment, development and succession planning to sustain long-term operational excellence.
