Job Description

Mondelēz México is seeking a capable leader to manage a key production line on the manufacturing floor, driving safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale targets. You will translate site targets into line and unit goals and support the sustained mastery of technical processes.

You will also develop budgets, oversee costs control, governance and compliance, and lead workforce planning including recruitment, retention, development and succession planning for high-potential team members.
