LICENSING SPECIALIST – Panini SpA Publishing Division

Panini SpA is seeking a highly motivated and professional Licensing Specialist to join its Publishing Division.

Reporting directly to Marco M. Lupoi, Executive Director of Publishing and Licensing, the successful candidate will play an integral role in both the acquisition and sale of licenses across the group. Responsibilities include managing licensing relationships with selected licensors and sub-licensees, predominantly within Europe and the Americas. Key activities encompass commercial negotiations, preparing pitches and proposals, reviewing contracts, collecting business plans from commercial departments, forecasting activities, assessing royalty reports, and preparing comprehensive business reviews.
