Job Description
The Licensing Coordinator is a full-time, non-attorney position within Asurion’s Legal Regulatory Team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of licensing for entities and employees across multiple states, while maintaining a broad understanding of Asurion’s business model and the licensing team's role. The Coordinator works under the Licensing Supervisor and must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle complex entity and individual licensing requirements such as preparation of applications, ongoing continuing education and renewals.
- Communicate, consult, and correspond with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain working knowledge of systems used for tracking and maintaining licensure, including data entry and basic reporting to identify trends and patterns in licensing needs and growth.
- All other duties as assigned.
