Licensed Sales Advisor – LLQP $60k Base plus Commission

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

A telephony-based role whereby you guide and inform prospective customers on the features and benefits of our insurance products and how they could benefit them. Support the customer through the full onboarding process utilizing strong customer service and sales skills that will see you meet your performance KPI’s which includes meeting all our quality control and compliance standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work directly with customers via telephone using prepared sales scripts in combination with your own ability in listening and speaking to assist customers to purchase the right product or service that meet their needs
• Educate potential customers on product offerings and service to improve their level of awareness around product features and benefits while answering questions from the customer to build value and create a positive customer relationship
