Job Title: LPN (Part-Time)
Education: LPN license (TN, AR, or MS or multi-state)
Experience: 3 years clinical (preferably hospital setting)
Hourly Pay: $24.00 (+$3.00 weekends)
Shift: Saturday & Sunday 7a-7p (3)
Saturday & Sunday 7p-7a (2)
Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse will maintain a current license in the States of Tennessee, Arkansas, or Mississippi, and must have three (3) years of clinical nursing experience. Under the supervision of the RN Area Manager, the LPN will assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of client care.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Performs monthly and quarterly assessments as scheduled. PRN assessment of changes in client's health status and documents findings according to SRVS policies and procedures.
