Licensed Practice Nurse

The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) will provide essential nursing care within a long-term care facility, managing a high patient caseload with approximately one nurse to nine or more patients. The LPN will work closely with Registered Nurses and physicians in an interdisciplinary team environment to ensure quality patient outcomes. This role involves monitoring vital signs, wound care, patient education, and maintaining accurate health records, contributing to comprehensive care planning for residents.

Hours: 10 pm - 630 am
