Licensed Practical Nurse

Our Charlton Family Medicine of Ballston Lake office is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!

This is a 40 hour week. The hours are: Monday through Thursday 8:15 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.

This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus

Responsibilities:

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
