Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs. Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition. Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Provides routine care for patients. Communicating treatment and health information to patients, doctors, and nurses. Licensed Practical Nurses will be responsible for managing patient care depending on each patient's unique needs. Their duties will include meeting with patients about past medical history and logging vital signs to create a record that will inform and guide the patient's care plan.
