Position Status: Flexi, Days, Weekend hours as needed
Position Location: Remote with occasional onsite meetings and trainings in Chesapeake, VA. Eligible candidate must live no more than one hour away from Chesapeake, VA.
Hourly Range: $17.31 - $28.80

Overview
Evaluating and processing referrals by receiving and responding to incoming calls from referral sources or potential patients. Record the outcome of calls and make follow up calls as necessary. Enter referral information in system including clinical information and orders for services.
