Job Description Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Licensed Practical Nurse, ICF is to provide medical services and active treatment to individuals, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in a designated setting in an effort to enhance daily living. This person will provide nursing services including administration and monitoring of medication, nursing assessments and interventions.

• Provide routine and emergent medical care as specified by State Regulations and service definitions.
