JOB DETAILS:
Job Name- Licensed Practical Nurse
REPORTS TO: RN Nursing Supervisor/Unit Manager/Center Nurse Executive
Specialty- LPN - Rehab skilled nursing
Patient Ratios: Varies 1:10 to 1:15
Must Have Skills/Experience: Active BLS/CPR, Active LPN state license & 1+ year of LPN experience.
Job Type- Local contract only. Need only local candidates.
Work location- Onsite at 867 York Road Gettysburg PA 17325
Shift time- 8 hours 2nd shift. 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Break/Meal- 30 minutes
1st Week: 4 days of rotational shifts from Monday to Friday. No weekend.
2nd Week: 4 days of rotational shifts. 2 days from Monday to Friday & 2 days on weekend.
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend required.
