Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, working night shifts. This position offers both full-time and PRN opportunities. Please indicate your preference in your application notes.
Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by the physician and within the scope of your license. This includes various forms of medication administration and treatments such as wound care, tracheostomy care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report the effectiveness of medications and treatments.
• Ensure an adequate supply of medications and other necessary supplies are available.
• Communicate vital information regarding residents' medical, social, and functional needs.
• Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure comprehensive care.
