Overview

In this role you will be part of a skilled team on a 24‑hour unit for people with developmental disabilities at Kotikulta in Raisio. Kotikulta hosts 21 residents on a permanent basis, as well as two interval rooms, and offers daytime activity spaces, swimming, sauna and a fully fenced yard.

Responsibilities

• Take care of clients' daily activities and guide recreational activities.
• Act as a personal supervisor and manage related tasks and areas.
• Provide basic daily care, plan joint events and celebrations.
• Work in a professional team that supports one another, while being responsible for your own home group.
• Utilise the unit’s facilities to enrich the daily life of residents.

Working Conditions
