Summary & Objective
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing services within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, (NPA) as outlined in the Interdisciplinary Team plan of care in accordance with the physician's orders and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and Clinical Care Manager.

- Provides skilled nursing care to patients in Hospice program as directed by the registered nurse, IDT plan of care, and physician's orders in accordance with agency policies.
