Your Opportunity: If you are an experienced LPN who likes small town living, this position in Bashaw might be for you! In this position you are an integral member of a small Home Care office that focuses on the delivery of excellent client and family centered care. Bashaw Home and Community Care offers services from a variety of health disciplines, including nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and access to a dietician. The goal is to provide an individualized experience for each client. As members of the multidisciplinary health care team, Licensed Practical Nurses working within their scope of practice collaborate on the delivery of care to meet the needs of clients. LPNs assist with the provision of nursing care to individuals in all developmental stages, contribute to the nursing diagnosis, and participate in nursing interventions and outcomes. Strong critical thinking and assessment skills are necessary in this position.
