As a Licensed Practical Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, your mission is to enhance the lives of residents while promoting dignity and independence. Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will collaborate closely with both the interdisciplinary team and families to ensure optimized care delivery in line with Optima Living’s mission.
