As a key member of the Specsavers team, you will guide customers through their eyewear choices while interpreting their prescriptions. Your expertise will help tailor glasses for comfort and fit while maintaining exceptional customer service. This role requires weekend availability and up to 40 hours per week, adapting to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their visual needs and prescriptions
• Provide tailored frame and lens recommendations
• Conduct dispensing measurements and quality assurance checks
• Maintain knowledge of frames and promotions to inform customers
• Resolve customer complaints using effective problem-solving
Requirements:
• Valid Dispensing Optician License in your province
• 2 years of customer service experience in optics
