Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid state licensure to practice as a BCBA
- Previous experience in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
- Experience training and supporting school staff and families
